The Conviction
Every meaningful movement — every organization that has shifted the trajectory of a community, an industry, or an era — traces back to a leader. Not a perfect one. A formed one. Someone with vision sharpened by counsel, strategy honed by experience, and character forged in the long, quiet work of becoming.
We exist because the world doesn't lack capable people. It lacks the spaces where capable people are gathered, sharpened, and sent. Encourage and Equip is that space.
